Dear Parents, If your ward is going to school Annual picnic to Anandi Water Park (optional) amusement park and Adventure park on 09.11.2023, then please go through the points given below and explain it to your ward clearly which the school has done already. Though the teachers will be with each group and they will take care of students even then it's important to pay attention to the following: 1. Ensure that your ward must reach to school at 06.30 a.m. or before on 09.11.2023. After the picnic all the students are expected to reach to school by 06.30 p.m., therefore ensure that you reach to school on time to take your ward from school. 2. Students will come for picnic wearing proper school uniform (blue pants & shirt) with id card. 3. Students will carry following things with them • Tiffin, having breakfast/snacks (in the bus) before reaching the park (picnic spot). • Water bottle • Comb • Towel • Poly bag (optional) to keep wet clothes, if any. 4. Students will not carry following things (disqualified) • Mobile phones • Camera • Digital watch or any type of watch • No wearing any type of jewellery • Any other valuable/costly items If your ward carries such non permissable items then it is the sole responsibility of your ward to keep them safe and secure. The school will not take any responsibility. 5. Stay with your group and stick together with your classmates and avoid wandering around alone. 6. Follow the instructions of your teachers and supervisors in the park at all times to ensure safety and fun experiences. 7.
