“If your action create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then you are an excellent leader.” With this theme this momentous day of July 22, 2023 dawned to bestow responsibilities on the deserving young talents of the school to lead their school with their commitment, competence and confidence. It was the occasion where young pupils were prepared to don the mantle of leadership. The ceremony was commenced with the Chief Guest, Rev. Fr. George the principal of Divine Providence School Raebareli accompanied by Rev. Fr. Reginald D’Souza and Rev. Sr. Susheela Remy being escorted to the dias & being followed with the March past by the newly appointed cabinet members. The next was the Lighting of the Lamp by the dignitaries, esteemed teachers and pupils being followed by a ‘Prayer service’. The Chief Guest Rev. Fr. George then administered the oath to the newly elected Head Boy- Akshansh Gupta and Head Girl- Ashi Srivastava of St. Peter’s School & College for the scholastic year 2023-24. The Head of the prestigious institution Rev. Fr. Reginald D’Souza and Head Mistress Rev. Sr. Susheela Remy bestowed a delegation of responsibility and authority to the students Council/Cabinet members in the senior category and the Junior Category by adorning them with sashes and pinning the badges. The Prinicpal, Rev. Fr. Reginald D’Souza of the esteemed institution administered the “Oath- taking Ceremony” The Cabinet of 2023-24 formally took the Oath of office and promised to upload their rights, duties and conviction to empower and work tirelessly and selflessly to the glory of the school keeping up the motto- “Love, Truth & Knowledge”. A Stimulating and energizing message were delivered by the chief Guest, Rev Fr. George and Rev. Fr. Reginald D’Souza the head of the Institution on this occasion. The Head Boy- Akashansh and Head Girl- Ashi Srivastava too shared their opinions and thinking in their speeches to the Poetries. The Ceremony concluded with the “NATIONAL ANTHEM’.
